The Eastenders star has flitted between a size 16 and a size 6. After giving birth to Eliza in 2010, Natalie, 35, shed two and a half stone in just three months and launched a workout DVD, but she failed to keep the weight off. In 2014, she shed the pounds again and released another fitness DVD. After having her second child, Joanie, in 2016, she put the weight back on – but managed to lose it once again, claiming her fitness regime is now much more manageable.
