Enjoy a good double act? This movie gives you two for the price of one. It’s a touchingly funny biopic of cinema’s most beloved comedy duo, Laurel and Hardy, and Steve Coogan and John C Reilly are the pair donning the trademark bowler hats. They do a spot-on job of mimicking some of the pair’s celebrated comic routines, but the setting is the end of the team’s career, when failing health and grudges threaten to stymie their post-war Britain tour, so the mood is very much bittersweet.
