The presenter looks incredible when she graces our TV screens on The Voice, and it was the birth of baby number three that inspired her to tone up.

‘Being 40 and pregnant with my third child, it’s no surprise that the cellulite on my legs got out of control. When even my mum noticed it, I knew I had to get a trainer,’ she previously confessed.

Emma, 42, obviously works hard for her toned physique by including a variety of different exercises into her workouts.

‘I do all-over body workouts, HIIT classes, boxing and lots of leg and back work,’ revealed Emma. ‘I have a bit of a dodgy back so I’m trying my best to keep it strong. Lots of squats and dead-lifting.’
