But Ruth is looking better than ever as she dedicates time to her health and fitness regime. The mum-ofone constantly delights fans with images of her healthy meals, consisting of protein and plenty of vegetables.
When it comes to training, Ruth enjoys regular sessions with her PT Frank, which include activities such as weight training, circuits, mini trampolining and even skipping. And she’s even shared a workout on Instagram.
Not forgetting the presenter reaching 10,000 steps daily, which she usually achieves by walking her dog Maggie. Looking good, Ruth!
