The Loose Women an­chor has been very open about her weight strug­gles since go­ing through the menopause, with the 58-year-old pre­vi­ously ad­mit­ting, ‘I look at my­self and think, “I’ve got no waist any more.”’

But Ruth is look­ing bet­ter than ever as she ded­i­cates time to her health and fit­ness regime. The mum-ofone con­stantly de­lights fans with im­ages of her healthy meals, con­sist­ing of pro­tein and plenty of veg­eta­bles.

When it comes to train­ing, Ruth en­joys reg­u­lar ses­sions with her PT Frank, which in­clude ac­tiv­i­ties such as weight train­ing, cir­cuits, mini tram­polin­ing and even skip­ping. And she’s even shared a work­out on In­sta­gram.

Not for­get­ting the pre­sen­ter reach­ing 10,000 steps daily, which she usu­ally achieves by walk­ing her dog Mag­gie. Look­ing good, Ruth!
