Dizzy on a diet

Q I started the 5:2 diet at the end of last year and have found that it really suits me. The weight is coming down steadily and I’ve combined it with regular exercise classes. At the beginning of the year, my spin class changed to coincide with one of my fasting days when I omit breakfast and I notice that I can get quite dizzy when exerting myself. What should I do? A Your dizziness could be linked to low sugar levels so you might like to think about eating a complex carbohydra­te snack a couple of hours before your class to give you a slow release of energy or perhaps swapping your fasting days to accommodat­e your class.
