Peanut butter brownies
Whole earth Peanut Butter (CO-OP)
Serves: 10 How to do it
1 Melt 200g dark chocolate and 250g unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Allow to cool, then add 4 beaten eggs.
2 Mix 350g caster sugar, 80g cocoa powder, 60g plain flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the melted chocolate and egg mix and stir to combine.
3 Pour half the mix into the tin and spoon over 100g peanut butter, add the remaining mixture and 100g more peanut butter, use a skewer to swirl slightly. Bake for 45-50 mins then cut into triangles to serve.
