Serves: 10 How to do it

1 Melt 200g dark choco­late and 250g un­salted butter in a heat­proof bowl over a pan of sim­mer­ing wa­ter. Al­low to cool, then add 4 beaten eggs.

2 Mix 350g caster sugar, 80g co­coa pow­der, 60g plain flour and bak­ing pow­der in a bowl. Add the melted choco­late and egg mix and stir to com­bine.

3 Pour half the mix into the tin and spoon over 100g peanut butter, add the re­main­ing mix­ture and 100g more peanut butter, use a skewer to swirl slightly. Bake for 45-50 mins then cut into tri­an­gles to serve.
