The gang’s back to warm our cockles with Adam still refusing to grow up, Robert’s life slipping into the usual abyss, the Giffords in the midst of domestic chaos and Karen fearing the chill wind of mid-life. All I can say is, welcome home!
2. Coronation Street, ITV
Sinead gives birth to a baby boy and while the name is a nod to happier days of yore in Weatherfield, the jeopardy is far from over for mother and son. Sinead’s cancer has spread and Daniel decides to keep mum over the baby’s condition…
3. Emmerdale, ITV
As Debbie finally discovers the truth about Joe’s disappearance, her world falls apart and Cain realises life will never be the same again for them. Throw into the mix Graham’s involvement and a distraught Moira and the Molotov cocktail is served.
