BREAKFASTS
● 2 poached eggs and 2 slices of lean ham with 2 grilled tomatoes.
● 40g bowl of bran flakes with skimmed milk, topped with a sliced pear.
● 5 strawberries, 15 raspberries and 50g blueberries topped with 100g of low-fat plain yogurt, 1tbsp of crunchy oat cereal and 1tsp of honey.
● Half a grapefruit or small bowl of tinned grapefruit segments (in juice and drained). Plus a small bowl of porridge made with 40g oats, skimmed milk and stevia to sweeten if desired.
● Half a can of reduced-sugar-andsalt baked beans on a slice of wholemeal toast.
