Strictly champ Ore Oduba is returning to the stage as Brad in the Rocky Horror Show this summer. Meantime, he’s celebrating a decade with his wife, Portia, next month. ‘I’ve got something planned,’ he teases. ‘Actually it’s the same weekend as Portia’s sister’s wedding! We’ll be at the wedding then celebrate the anniversary later. It’s mad to think it’s been 10 years, but I count my lucky stars.’

Reunited with In for a Penny host Stephen Mulhern backstage at GMB, it was great to see that the telly favourite had managed to survive another lockdown. ‘To be honest, Rich, all I missed was seeing my family,’ he told me. My mum says the same. And possibly the pub. She’s not been out of it since our local watering hole re-opened.

ONE TO WATCH: DAME BACK IN THE FRAME!

Dame Helen Mirren is back on the big screen in blockbuster Fast & Furious 9 this July and co-star John Cena – the wrestler – tells me he couldn’t be more delighted she’s returning to the franchise. ‘Her presence alone just adds so much to the movie. There is a shot in the trailer of her going flat out in a violet Noble that is both heart-pumping and beautiful. To be brave enough to do the stunt is quite awesome.’
