STAYING ALIVE
Every billionaire worth their private jet, yacht and space rocket (hello Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos), is currently trying to work out how to live forever. Their solutions involve James Bond-style schemes, with weird experiments and shedloads of dosh. Meanwhile, those who have lived beyond 100 gaze on in bemusement. These incredible centenarians (mostly women, might I add) swear by the following recipe for a long life: everything in moderation including alcohol and biscuits, keeping active mentally and physically, friendship and a sense of humour.
The real secret, though, is something available to all of us. Common sense by the bucketload.
