A NEW QUEEN
Now we know. Camilla will likely become Queen when Charles takes over as boss from his mum. There are those who will never forgive her for the collapse of Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s marriage, but she has been a constant support to Her Majesty throughout the stress of Andrew, Harry and, of course, losing the man who has been by her side for her 70-year reign.
Maybe the Royal Family also feels a twinge of guilt for not allowing Charles and Camilla to be together from the start? Protocol demanded a ‘virgin’ bride in every sense of the word.
Plus William must surely approve or it wouldn’t happen. As the future king, what he says goes even now.
