HOW? The NHS recommends a minimum of 30 minutes ✣ exercise, five times a week. Find activities you enjoy and build them into your week. They don’t have to be organised like an exercise class or the gym. Gardening or a brisk walk counts, as long as it increases your heart rate and works up a sweat. Get fit with a friend.
