These daily habits can help reduce future panic attacks, says the Mental Health Foundation:
1 Practise better breathing (do the 4-7-8 technique, as
2 above, daily). Take regular exercise, such as walking or yoga. This will help to reduce stress and improve
3 your mood. Eat frequent meals to help stabilise your blood
4 sugar levels. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and smoking.
