BEFORE

Breakfast Nothing, or just toast with loads of butter, cup of tea. Lunch Anything and everything: junk food, like burgers and pizza, sweets, and loads of diet cola. Dinner Huge bowls of pasta, more junk food, like Chinese takeaways, sandwiches, crisps and diet cola.

NOW

Breakfast 40g porridge with a handful of blueberrie­s, cup of tea. Lunch Two boiled eggs, banana, decaffeina­ted coffee and water. Dinner Skinless chicken breasts with vegetables and much, much smaller portions.
