Hats off to Vernon, who’s done the ultimate turnaround when it comes to his career, which seems to have been revived by his 2020 stint on I’m A Celeb… after it came to a grinding halt when news of his questionable behaviour emerged in 2010. The father-oftwo was caught up in a sexting scandal with glamour model Rhian Sugden and forced to offer a grovelling apology to his wife Tess Daly on live radio. Vernon has since worked hard to rebuild his image, and has been a big hit while filling in for Phillip Schofield on ITV’S This Morning.
