I’m in love with a younger colleague

I’ve got a crush on a man I manage who is 20 years younger than me. I will never act on my feelings, but it’s hard as I feel that I love him. I know from Instagram that he has a girlfriend, and they are house hunting near me, but still, I find myself trying to bump into him out of work or at lunch. What can I do to stop feeling like this?
