I can’t cope with work

-

Q

After being made redundant, I finally got a new job in a building society, but the role isn’t what I imagined or hoped it would be. The workload is huge, and I am under so much pressure every day. I can’t sleep, my hair is falling out, and I feel like crying all the time. What should I do? I need the money.

A

This is no way to live, never mind work. Firstly, please see your GP and ask for help, explaining everything you’re experiencing. Secondly, talk to your manager at work and ask for help and support. It’s a large company and they will have processes in place to help and support you. Speak up and do not suffer in silence like this.
