1 CHICKEN
Who can be bothered to make stock on roast day – just freeze the stripped carcass and any leftover meat in an airtight bag for tasty soups and stews.
2 EGGS
Lightly whisk whole eggs or leftover whites/yolks with a pinch of salt, then freeze, labelled with the date and number of eggs. Defrost and use in recipes.
