Use it up!

Buying a bottle of sherry to make the trifle on p64? Here are some tasty ideas: STIR sherry into a pork casserole or add to pan-fried chicken for a tasty sauce. ADD a splash of sherry to fried chorizo and prawns for a tapas-style nibble. BEAT 500ml double cream with a 397g tin of condensed milk until soft peaks form, add 4tbsp sherry then freeze in a cling-film lined loaf tin for an easy pud.
