She’s stealing from colleagues

Q

Recently, I caught a woman at work stealing from another colleague’s bag. It looked like she was taking money (which she denied), but later this colleague said she had lost £50. When I said she must give it back, she accused me of taking things too, saying she’d seen me take coffee home. I feel afraid to speak up. What do I do? A

Over a third of British office workers admit to stealing from work, with the most popular items being stationery (71%), toilet rolls (52%), and food and drink (44%). However, what this woman is doing is on another level. She’s accusing you to keep you quiet, but by not speaking up, you are condoning what she is doing. You owe it to your colleagues and yourself to say something.

HE FINDS IT HARD TO HAVE SEX

Q

My husband is 56, and during the past year, he’s gone from a man who likes sex regularly to someone who won’t bother at all. He’s had erection issues a few times – each time it has happened he has got upset and refused to talk about it. Now he’s stopped us from having sex altogether. How do I help him?

A

Changes in sexual performance are common as you age. Your husband may need more foreplay before sex to get and keep an erection. Unfortunately, the more he worries about it, the more difficult it becomes. He should see his GP. Erection issues can be a sign of an underlying condition that is easily solved. Either way, a visit will help to reassure him that there’s a solution.
