From the makers of Humans and Spooks, this upcoming five-part thriller follows DI Lou Slack (Leila Farzad), whose success has been built on corruption, largely due to her deal with a ruthless crime boss. But now she wants to take him down.

SAM’S THE MAN!

A trip to Turin for Eurovision and an audience with UK entry Sam Ryder who, of course, gave us our best result in years. I caught up with pal Rylan and Scott Mills, who always join me blinking into the light after a heavy night to give me the Eurovision gossip. Sam may have hit the high notes but by the time our party ended I had a baritone voice to rival Elvis Presley’s!

CRUISE CONTROL! IN THE FRAME WITH JOAN THE DAME

It’s always a pleasure when Dame Joan Collins pops into GMB with hubby Percy – and like everyone else she has been enjoying celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. She told me she’ll soon be jetting off to St Tropez for summer on the beautiful French Riviera, where she’ll be joined by Richard Madeley and Piers Morgan among others. Now that’s one lunch I’d like to break bread at – before the rolls start flying!

My own recent Riviera trip starred Tom Cruise at the annual Cannes film festival, and we finally caught up with Tom back at the London premiere of Top Gun: Maverick. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also caught the flick. Given Prince William’s former career as a pilot I wondered if he would he make the cut for a Top Gun 3? ‘He’s a fellow aviator so we have a lot in common,’ said Tom. ‘We both love England and we both love aviation so if he wants to do it, absolutely!’
