Use it up!

Milk nearing its use-by date? Don’t waste it, make one of these tasty treats instead… FILL a tumbler glass with ice, add a shot of hot coffee and top with milk and a dash of your favourite sugar syrup. BLITZ a banana with milk, vanilla ice cream and a dollop of peanut butter. BRUSH on to homemade sausage rolls before baking in place of an egg wash.

TIP TO AVOID WASTING MILK, FREEZE IN AN ICE CUBE TRAY AND USE FROZEN IN SMOOTHIES AND SHAKES OR DEFROSTED IN COOKING.
