STAY HYDRATED
You should aim to drink 1.8 to 2 litres of water each day (around eight glasses). While using a bottle can help you keep track, Phillipa Atkinson-clow from the Waterdispenser and Hydration Association (WHA) recommends having a glass of water at the same time each day to stay on target: 1 On waking ❏

Tip: take one to bed, too, to start the next day afresh.
