EATING MARMITE CAN CONQUER ANXIETY

Love it or hate it, using this savoury spread on your toast could help reduce anxiety, says new research*. How? It’s all thanks to its vitamin B6 content. Using questionna­ires to monitor anxiety levels over a 30-day period, scientists found a 13% drop in the Marmite group, compared to those who had a placebo. Vitamin B6 creates mood-regulating neurotrans­mitters like serotonin and dopamine.
