Use it up!

Making the ricotta meatballs on p34? Use up the breadcrumbs to make these treats.

FRY with a glug of olive oil until golden. Combine with zest of ½ lemon and a crushed garlic clove for a pasta topping.

MIX 100g breadcrumbs with 2tbsp grated Parmesan to coat chicken strips.

ADD to homemade burgers to give a firmer texture when cooking.
