Play with colour

There’s no doubt that a pop of colour on your face can bring joy, confidence and make you appear younger and brighter. If you’ve never been brave enough to try a vibrant red or a pretty pink, now is the time. ‘You don’t have to go full-on with a matte effect,’ says make-up artist Ruby Hammer. ‘Experiment with sheer glosses and stains first, then build up to a stronger pigment.’
