Use it up!
Making the hoisin tofu wraps on p33? Use up the cabbage to make these tasty ideas. SHRED it and add to your next stir-fry. CUT into wedges, brush with oil then roast in the oven at 180C Fan/gas 6 for 20-30mins until tender.
BOIL thinly sliced cabbage in salted water for a couple of mins, before tossing with butter and miso.
TIP CABBAGES ARE A HEARTY INGREDIENT. RED OR WHITE VARIETIES SHOULD KEEP FOR AROUND A MONTH IN THE FRIDGE, WRAPPED IN THEIR PLASTIC.
