Do one last mow

Before grass growth slows down for the winter, give your lawn one final trim. Take care not to cut lower than 2.5cm, to allow the grass blades to build up strength for the winter months ahead. By top-dressing with the mower when you cut the lawn you will prevent weeds from getting out of hand. Use a half-moon lawn edging tool to create a crisp finish around the borders to keep them looking neat too.
