Spruce up paving
Once the trees are bare, and before the wet winter weather sets in, choose a dry day to clear up all the leaves and debris from paths and patios. Give your paving a thorough clean with a stiff brush and some soapy water. Alternatively, if you have one, give it a blast with a pressure washer to remove grime and algae.
