Use it up!
Making the warm houmous on p55? Use up the tahini to make these tasty treats. SWIRL a couple of tablespoons of tahini through brownie mix before baking. BEAT a little tahini into soft cheese with some icing sugar for a decadent rich topping for cupcakes or a banana or coffee loaf cake DILUTE tahini with enough water to reach a drizzling consistency. Season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon for a quick and easy salad dressing.
TIP STIR TAHINI BEFORE USE AS THE OIL TENDS TO SEPARATE IN THE JAR.
