Gabby’s biggest battle
After dealing with her husband, Kenny Logan’s prostate cancer alone for months, presenter Gabby Logan has finally opened up about the challenges the last year has brought. The 49-year-old admitted, ‘[I] never entertained the idea that he might die,’ as she explained. ‘We never had any conversations about mortality or the impact it may have on us as a couple – all that was secondary. When you weigh up him potentially dying versus losing some sexual function, first and foremost it was about keeping him alive.’ Former rugby player Kenny – who was declared cancer free last month – went on to praise his wife, gushing, ‘She’s been very strong. We always had a solid relationship, but we have a new appreciation.’
