If you can’t resist something sweet, limit the damage. ‘Rather than having a regular chocolate bar, have some dark chocolate broken up and mixed in with or sprinkled over some fresh apricot slices,’ says nutritioni­st Amanda Ursell. ‘Dark chocolate contains more antioxidan­ts than regular milk chocolate, it’s more filling, the apricots are full of vitamins and the flavours work well together.’
