If you can’t resist something sweet, limit the damage. ‘Rather than having a regular chocolate bar, have some dark chocolate broken up and mixed in with or sprinkled over some fresh apricot slices,’ says nutritionist Amanda Ursell. ‘Dark chocolate contains more antioxidants than regular milk chocolate, it’s more filling, the apricots are full of vitamins and the flavours work well together.’
