Archie & Lilibet HEADED FOR HOLLYWOOD?

As the children of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and grandchildren of the King, Archie, three, and Lilibet Mountbattenwindsor, one, are already two of the most famous children in the world. Thanks to their family’s connections, the siblings have every opportunity imaginable at their fingertips. But with their parents no longer senior royals, will they instead follow in their mum Meghan’s footsteps and chase a career in showbiz? The 41-year-old hinted that the bright lights of Hollywood are open for her children, explaining, ‘When you become a parent, you genuinely want your kids to find the things that bring them complete joy… If it’s the entertainment industry, great. And also, good luck.’ And while Meghan and Harry may be content on letting their children choose their own destiny, the Sussexes don’t expect ‘the Firm’ to be as onboard. In arguably another thinly veiled dig at her in-laws, Meghan continued, ‘They’re our kids, obviously, and they’re part of a legacy and a tradition and a family that will have other expectations. But I want them to be able to carve out their own path.’ Given that the kids live in an £11 million mansion in Montecito, California, just a short drive from Hollywood, and considering their parents’ multimillion-pound deal with streaming giant Netflix, it’s safe to say that Archie and Lilibet won’t have a problem getting their foot in the door. That could bring a whole new meaning to watching The Crown on the screen.
