I work for has recently changed location and owners. Lots of people left when this happened, and I was asked to take on more work while they recruited. It’s been four months, and I am so stressed by my workload for the same money. What can I do? I don’t want to lose my job.

Work isn’t always easy, especially when change is afoot. That said, filling in for someone who hasn’t been replaced for four months is a huge ask. It would help if you told your manager that the workload is unmanageable. Otherwise, they will continue to think you can cope. Remember, they are short on staff; the last thing they want to do is lose someone who works hard like you.
