✣ SPICED GINGERBREAD RUM
Combine 4tbsp marmalade, 2tbsp spiced rum, ¼tsp allspice, 1tsp ground ginger and ½tsp mixed spice.
✣ CRANBERRY AND PORT
Simmer 100ml port, 150g cranberries and 2tbsp light brown sugar in a small saucepan until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture thickens. Cool slightly before using.
✣ WHISKY, MUSTARD AND MAPLE Make a paste from 57g English mustard powder, 4tbsp maple syrup and 3tbsp whisky.
