I’ve been married for 35 years, but my husband has confessed that he’s been having an affair for the last two. I’m devastated.
My immediate reaction was to tell him to get out, but I’m not so sure now. He’s saying he’s sorry and he wants us to repair things, and in some ways I’d like that, too, as we have children.
I still love him and I don’t want to be alone, but I don’t know if I can trust him any more. I’m not sure if I can even get through this once, but I do know I couldn’t do it twice.
