Want to give it a go? try this simple 10-step routine for a tighter, fresher face
Apply three or four drops of your chosen oil into your palms, then rub your hands together to warm the oil. 2 close your eyes and hold your hands up to your face, taking a few deep breaths to inhale the scent of the oil. 3
Gently press your palms to the face and move your hands outwards in smooth, sweeping movements, working from the centre of your face outwards. 4 using your fingertips, massage the oil into your skin. start from the centre of your face and work outwards and upwards in small circular motions.
To firm your jawline, bend your index and 5
middle fingers on both hands and place your chin between your knuckles. Glide along your jawline from your chin to under your ears in a sweeping motion. repeat six times.
To improve facial contours, place the pads 6
of your thumbs under your cheekbones, palms facing outwards, and gently push up. Work from the centre of the face outwards. repeat six times.
To reduce fine lines and wrinkles, place 7
fingertips on the centre of your brow and, with firm pressure, sweep upwards and outwards, moving towards your hairline. repeat six times.
boost the firmness of your neck by 8
gently using your palms to sweep the oil up the neck area.
smooth your palms across your chest
from left shoulder to right shoulder, stroking across your decolleté with the palm of your hand. repeat three times on each side.
Finally, sweep any residual oil on to 10
the skin on the backs of your hands to improve texture and tone.
