Ap­ply three or four drops of your cho­sen oil into your palms, then rub your hands to­gether to warm the oil. 2 close your eyes and hold your hands up to your face, tak­ing a few deep breaths to in­hale the scent of the oil. 3

Gen­tly press your palms to the face and move your hands out­wards in smooth, sweep­ing move­ments, work­ing from the cen­tre of your face out­wards. 4 us­ing your fin­ger­tips, mas­sage the oil into your skin. start from the cen­tre of your face and work out­wards and up­wards in small cir­cu­lar mo­tions.

To firm your jaw­line, bend your in­dex and 5

mid­dle fin­gers on both hands and place your chin be­tween your knuck­les. Glide along your jaw­line from your chin to un­der your ears in a sweep­ing mo­tion. re­peat six times.

To im­prove fa­cial con­tours, place the pads 6

of your thumbs un­der your cheek­bones, palms fac­ing out­wards, and gen­tly push up. Work from the cen­tre of the face out­wards. re­peat six times.

To re­duce fine lines and wrin­kles, place 7

fin­ger­tips on the cen­tre of your brow and, with firm pres­sure, sweep up­wards and out­wards, mov­ing to­wards your hair­line. re­peat six times.

boost the firm­ness of your neck by 8

gen­tly us­ing your palms to sweep the oil up the neck area.

smooth your palms across your chest


from left shoul­der to right shoul­der, stroking across your decol­leté with the palm of your hand. re­peat three times on each side.

Fi­nally, sweep any resid­ual oil on to 10

the skin on the backs of your hands to im­prove tex­ture and tone.
