A Great Exercise To... strengthen your back

Arm/leg extender

Get on to all fours. Stretch out your right arm in front of you while extending your left leg behind you.

Hold for a second, then return to your original position. Repeat 10 times. Repeat with your other arm (left) and leg (right).

Top tip: Increase to 15 repetition­s once you feel strong enough.
