Parmesan Biscuits
These couldn’t be easier to make, and they’re so moreish we guarantee the whole batch will disappear before you know it!

200g (7oz) Parmesan, grated 200g (7oz) butter
200g (7oz) plain flour 2 sprigs rosemary
Fresh parsley leaves, to decorate
to make the dough, blitz all

the ingredients, except for the parsley, in a food processor until they come together.
Roll the dough out to the 2
thickness of a £1 coin, then cut into 5cm rounds, rerolling any excess dough.

on lined baking trays, and decorate each with a parsley leaf. Bake for 14 min at 220c/gas 7, then cool on a wire rack.
