Welcome to our big double issue! Is there a more ‘Woman’s Weekly’ time of the year than

Christmas? The season of celebrating with family and friends, of creating, giving and praising, has been rightly celebrated in the magazine every year that I’ve helped to produce it, and for decades before. I do hope you’ll enjoy our inspiring cookery, craft and home ideas, plus the many relaxing features, stories and puzzles. For me, Christmas is not just a chance to share joy with family and friends, but also to celebrate the memory of those we have lost. It’s perhaps an extra reason I find it so special.
