Golden Glow

A quick lick of paint can give plain vases some Christmas sparkle

You will need

Glass vases, from 50p, Ikea rust-Oleum rose gold metallic spray, £10, B&Q WASh The

1 vASeS with warm, soapy water and allow to dry completely.

2 PlAce The vASeS uPSIde dOWn in a well ventilated room with protected surfaces. Shake the spray paint for 1 minute, before spraying the vases from 30cm away with short, sweeping motions. Allow to dry. 3 Turn The vASeS rIGhT SIde uP and spray them again, making sure that you cover any unpainted areas. repeat with a second coat and allow them to dry.
