3 Don’t forget to spend gift vouchers you’ve received during the year. According to the UK Gift Card & Voucher Association, around £300 million a year remains unspent on gift cards – some expire, other just get forgotten or lost. Also, check out your loyalty points – swapping them for tickets and days out will sometimes work out cheaper than using them as shopping vouchers.
