Simple spinal stretch

‘The cat-cow yoga move is a really easy way to loosen up your spine,’ says Eve. ‘Starting on all fours, inhale as you dip your back and tummy and bring your chest, chin and head upwards. Follow with an exhalation as you arch your back like a cat, dropping your head and pulling your tummy muscles in. Connect with your body’s wisdom by repeating this sequence a few times. Slow the movement to match your breath, inhaling up, exhaling down.’
