DRUGS TRIGGERING PSORIASIS
Several medications are known to trigger psoriasis, including beta blockers, lithium and antimalarials. A review of medication has shown angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, calcium channel blockers and thiazide diuretics should be added to the list, but any increase in the incidence of psoriasis with these is fairly small. Most importantly, if using ACE inhibitors, the risk more than doubled. Talk to your GP if you’re worried.
