including certain foods and drinks such as coffee,
chocolate and peanuts.

If there’s been local trauma (such as from broken teeth, dentures and orthodontic appliances, and biting during chewing), seek dental treatment.
TALK TO YOUR PHARMACIST
They may offer advice and medication, including topical analgesic/anti-inflammatory agents such as benzydamine.
CONSIDER MEDICATION
