3 ways to… spot ovarian cancer

-

PERSISTENT BLOATED TUMMY

This is continuous, not bloating, which comes and goes. Always feeling full and/or a loss of appetite can be another symptom. See your GP without delay.

TUMMY PAIN

Any pain around your abdominal or pelvic area should be checked by your GP

swiftly, in case it’s ovarian cancer. The sooner it’s spotted, the

easier it is to treat.

NEEDING TO WEE MORE OFTEN

Wanting to go urgently is a sign. See your GP

with any change in bowel habit. For more info, visit targetovarian cancer.org.uk or call

020 7923 5475.
