Try these

✢ Sit pretty Avoid slouching and try to maintain an upright position. Your head, neck and shoulders should be relaxed but supported, and your feet should be flat on the floor.

✢ Walk this way Ensure that your pelvis is aligned with your head, shoulders and knees. Keeping your spine elongated and your core engaged.

✢ Keep moving! Staying still for too long at any time can have a negative impact on your posture.
