GOTU KOLA for circulation

-

The little lily pad-like leaves of the gotu kola (or Centella asiatica) plant are said to be good at boosting blood flow and reducing swelling. Gotu kola has been used traditionally in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for things like wound healing and skin problems, as well as improving brain function. It has also been used to help treat varicose veins. ‘There are good clinical trials showing that gotu kola can help repair the valves and stop some of that vascular degeneration,’ explains Sebastian.
