WRENS TARTAN

I really enjoyed seeing your celebration of tartan in the 25 January issue. Did you know that ladies who serve or have previously served in the Royal Navy – collectively known as Wrens – have their very own tartan? Take a look when you see them at the March Past on Remembrance Sunday – many will be wearing the distinctive blue tartan scarf or handbag!
