Write a gratitude journal

-

Considering what you’re grateful for is another way to identify what matters to you and promote good mental health. Reflect on your day as you drop off to sleep and pick out the moment(s) that brought you joy, no matter how small. Focusing on these will mean you end the day on a positive. The more you practise, the more positives you’ll find, and you will appreciate them more.

✣ Keep track of these moments in a journal, use a gratitude app or create a folder of photos on your phone. If the majority of your special moments are the ones you spend with

your friends, or you have a folder full of pictures from your walks in the countryside, it’s easy to see that those are the things you value most, and the things to prioritise in your new, reset life.
